Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Manage kitchen stock and reduce food wastage.
Requirements:
Experience in Indian cuisine preferred.
Knowledge of kitchen operations and food hygiene.
Ability to work in a team.
